Lifted off the 1993 Circus album (White/Reprise). This was recorded at Rockfield Studios in Wales in 1992 and mixed at Master Rock Studios in London by Hugh Jones, engineered by Helen Woodward. Norman Young ("you right?") was an old bloke who lived in Epping outside Melbourne who Tim and David recorded as part of an unfinished project recording old people's stories and layering musical tracks underneath. Norm passed away a few years later aged 92 - "never troubled the beach - too much sand."

In record stores, you could usually find NDW filed under ambient or art-rock, ill-fitting labels if ever there were. Though they were often minimalist, they never made background music.
